Who I am
This page is run by Bea Vitale, a private individual based in Italy. I decide what happens to the email addresses collected here, so under the GDPR I'm the data controller.

What I collect
Only the email address you type into the form. I don't ask for your name or any other details.
When you visit the page or send the form, the hosting provider also handles technical data such as your IP address. It needs this to deliver the page and to block abuse.
Why I collect it
To send you an email when The After-the-Tutorial Manual is out. I won't use your address for anything else unless you agree to it first.
Legal basis
Your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give by sending the form. You can withdraw it at any time. Withdrawing doesn't affect what happened before.
Who else handles your data
Two services process data on my behalf:
- MailerLite stores the email list and sends the email.
- Cloudflare hosts this page and the form.
Some of their processing may take place outside the European Union. Where it does, they rely on the safeguards the GDPR requires, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. I don't sell or share your address with anyone else.
How long I keep it
Until you unsubscribe or ask me to delete it.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to how it's used, and to receive a copy of it. To unsubscribe, use the link at the bottom of any email I send, or write to me at the address above. I'll reply within one month.
If you think I've handled your data wrongly, you can complain to the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, or to the authority in the EU country where you live.
Cookies and tracking
This page doesn't use cookies, analytics or tracking. Fonts and images load from this site, not from third parties.
Changes
If this policy changes, I'll update it here and change the date at the top.
